Performance Administrator/Analyst

Our Building Services team are looking for a Performance Administrator/Analyst to join the team on-site at Mansfield King's Mill Hospital. 

The purpose of the role will be to report to the Contract and Performance Manager, the post holder will be responsible for the collation of performance data to include relevant analysis to identify patterns/trends as required. 

You’ll:

 

  • Collate data throughout the month relating to performance concluding in the production all monthly reports to include but not limited to the Monthly Performance Monitoring Report and Project Review Document.
  • Payment Mechanism trends/pattern analysis and ad hoc analysis as required by Senior Management Team.
  • Develop and implement effective monitoring and audit system to measure performance.
  • Ensuring that all Statutory/Mandatory and contractual records are always kept up to date.
  • Co-ordinate with Project Co in relation to Risk Based Monitoring and evidencing compliance as appropriate.
  • Produce reports appertaining to operational/compliance.
  • Undertake regular audits of records and processes to ensure they remain in line with contractual requirements.

We’re looking for: 

  • Experience working in an operational environment in a higher level administrative/data analysis type role.
  • Well organised, process driven, self-motivated, flexible with ability to work under own initiative, under pressure to tight deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail.
  • Must have a high standard of customer care skills, have a pleasant manner, and can interact with internal and external contacts at all levels, displaying a professional attitude at all times.
  • Excellent IT skills and be proficient in all MS Office packages.
