You will be responsible for managing of team of 8 – 12 people, ensuring the efficient running of the warehouse by recommending ideas of improvement, implementing new processes, along with developing and driving the growth of the individuals within your team.

- Running’s of the warehouse department
- Understanding and responsibility of unloading / loading of vehicles etc safely
- Ensuring prestart checks are completed and documented reporting all defects
- Managing daily workloads and stock levels ensuring all orders are fulfilled and stock systems are updated and maintained accurately
- Improving processes, mentoring the team and offering hands on support at all times
- Communicating performance regularly and plan, escalating any issues
- Responsibility for continuous team improvement, mentoring and training of all current and new starters with effective supervision and welfare checks
- Undertaking any other reasonable duties requested of you by management
Skills & Experience you require:
- Previous supervisory experience
- Experience within a warehouse environment
- A self-starter using your initiative to reach goals and solve problems
- Analytical with great attention to detail
- A can-do attitude with a proactive mind set
