The company manufacture critical components for torque transmission equipment used in drivetrain applications within Naval & Marine Propulsion, Oil & Gas, Mineral Extraction, Mass Transit, Lifting, Conveying and Processing Sectors.

Role

• Evaluate how the business operates and develop roadmap to drive competitive advantage through safe and efficient use of resources
• Formulate and define the operations strategy for the business to drive efficiency on a daily basis via KPI performance management alongside implementation of new technologies, systems or processes.
• Remit extends across production, planning, internal and external supply chains, including procurement, warehousing and logistics with a focus on optimising working capital
• Review organisation's capacity and capability to ensure plans are developed to meet current and future organisational needs
