Graduate Customer Support Coordinator

Location: Coventry

Salary: Competitive

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM) with flexible hybrid working up to once a week and early finish every other Friday.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Gradute Customer Support Coordinator to join a renowned organisation within the order management sector. This role is an excellent opportunity for graduates with experience in a customer service office environment, aiming to advance their careers in a dynamic workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing orders from placement to delivery to ensure a premier customer experience.
- Oversee order book reviews and manage late backlogs.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers and internal teams using various platforms like OEC ticketing.
- Address customer enquiries and resolve delivery or invoice issues using effective problem-solving skills.
- Ensure accuracy in data management across various databases and systems.
- Engage in team and cross-functional meetings to drive improvements and solve challenges.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree qualification or equivalent.
- Experience in a customer service office environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
