Customer Service Administrator

The team is responsible for arranging service engineer visits, ordering parts, using our internal CRM system, handling calls, and, of course, managing emails. We need someone numerate and literate, who can be comfortable in a busy, fast-paced office environment while maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service. Admin skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively are essential.

The position requires working from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (M-F) with a half-hour lunch break.

We offer a staff kitchen with free tea and coffee, a fridge, microwaves, and other amenities. Additionally, there is a comfortable breakout room where staff can relax during lunch. We provide a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
