Service Manager – Critical Refrigeration / Cooling Contracts 

Location: Southeast - Kent

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a Service Manager to oversee a skilled team of technicians, lead growth of the service unit and ensure contracts are ran efficiently and smoothly, the branch has a long standing and stable team with a lot of growth opportunity to grow the team and resources available to assisting in gaining more contracts. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage a team of service technicians, ensuring timely and effective completion of service contracts. 

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. 

• Grow the service division to achieve personal and business goals, with resources available to help achieve plans. 

• Future opportunity for career growth and progression. 

Requirements: 

• Proven experience as a Service Manager, General Manager or Contracts Manager, ideally within the refrigeration, HVACR or Process Engineering sector. 

• Excellent leadership and team management skills. 

• Ability to effectively deliver on customer expectations. 

• Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach. 

Package: 

• £60K-£65K 

• Car/ Allowance £6,500
