Are you an experienced and dynamic Project Manager looking for a challenging role that combines site-based management with direct client interaction? We have an exciting opportunity with a leading company specialising in full turnkey projects, fit-out, waste management, demolition, strip-out, and prime residential refurbishments.

Role Overview
As a Client-Side Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role involves frequent site visits and direct interaction with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing regular project updates.
  • Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct site inspections and oversee all aspects of site management, including health and safety protocols.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and clients.
  • Resolve any project-related issues or disputes promptly and effectively.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction or refurbishment industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) will be advantageous.
