Our client is a rapidly expanding and well established main contractor in Cardiff. They carry out a diverse range of projects typically up to £10 million, genuinely look after their staff and have low staff turnover. All of their projects are typically in or around the Cardiff area.

Due to ongoing growth and a very healthy pipeline of work they have approached us to recruit a Design Coordinator to join their team. 

Your role will involve working as part of an established team, supporting and advising the client as to the requirements and your obligations in the development of the building design as well as ensuring the design process recognises current legislation. You will work closely with a senior design manager at all times.

Candidates will have some design coordination experience having worked with a main contractor or achitectural practice previously. You will also reside within commutable distance of the Cardiff area
