- As the Regional Quality Manager you will be responsible for:
- Conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with management system requirements.
- Provide reports on compliance and performance against client requirements, identifying and mitigating key issues.
- Attend quality and HSEQSIM meetings to contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Offer guidance and support to site teams, assisting with initiatives and improvement projects.
- Facilitate the development of key project handover documents and address project-level challenges.
- Assist in the preparation of quality management aspects for tenders and pre-qualification questionnaires.
- Actively promote the Quality improvement programme, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Experience within an Quality position within the construction or infrastructure industries
- A drive to continually develop their skill set within the quality space
