Job specification:

  • Expertly utilising the company's standard word-processing, spreadsheet, and email software to streamline operations.
  • Ensuring meticulous organisation of all paperwork, maintaining files in impeccable order.
  • Responsibly printing standard database reports as needed, both routinely and upon request.
  • Handling the storage and retrieval of papers for follow-up actions ('pinks') with efficiency.
  • Skillfully managing photocopying tasks to support smooth operations.
  • Taking on additional responsibilities as directed by the consultant to maintain workflow momentum.
  • Crafting standard letters under the consultant's guidance to facilitate seamless communication.
  • Conducting thorough EID checks to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Managing all procedures essential for producing Financial Statements, including handling emails, letters, and phone calls, scanning documents, managing databases, and uploading files.

Person specification:

  • Office experience is desired
  • Good knowledge of modern office practices/keyboard entry skills

  • Up to £24,000 salary
  • Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm
