Project Manager

Trevett Services are working with an innovative MOD provider who are looking to bring on a Project Manager to work in Portsmouth. 

This is a full time, permanent role working 37 hours per week with flexible, adaptive working options, with typically two to three days working from home.

Key responsibilities of the Project Manager

  • You will join a growing team working on a range of small to medium scale construction projects.
  • You will be delivering and managing all phases of both new build and refurbishment projects ensuring they are delivered in a timely and effective manner.
  • Managing project documentation to include Bids, proposals and third party documentation (configuration control)
  • Travel to various other sites required 

Experience required:

  • Working knowledge of Planning Application and GPDO process
  • Knowledge of Building Regulations, JSP standard, risk management processes and techniques
  • Experience of CDM Regulations and must have acted as client or similar role on a construction related projects. 
  • Working knowledge of NEC contracts as well as JCT
  • Experience of working within the Defence sector is desirable not essential
