My client is looking for a Telesales Lead Generator to join their team is successful you will be responsible for contacting prospective customers by phone and email in order to generate lead enquiries to be passed to the Projects Sales Team.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Effectively engaging prospects over the phone, understanding their needs, and articulating the value proposition of the product or service being offered.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively by email using all available resources to create email correspondence designed to achieve goals.
• Knowledge of Products/Services in order to convey their benefits accurately and address any inquiries potential leads may have.
• Persistence and Resilience: maintaining motivation even in the face of adversity.
• Being able to actively listen to potential leads to identify their needs and tailor pitch accordingly in order to increase the chances of success.
• Goal-Oriented and driven to achieve results is important.
• Maintaining professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions with leads is essential for building trust and credibility.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in a similar Telesales role.
• Construction Sector related sales
• Lead generation experience.
• Strong verbal communication skills are essential.
• Managing a high volume of calls requiring strong organisational skills
• Time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
