Annual Salary: MPS/UPS London Fringe up to £47,839 (a TLR may be available)

Contract: Permanent, full-time

Aston Education is working with an Ofsted Outstanding 11-18 secondary Academy in Slough in Berkshire. They are looking for a permanent Business Studies Teacher to start in September 2024 which enable them to expand and develop their Business Studies offer further.

You’ll join a great Business Studies department where Business Studies is currently taught at GCSE and A Level as well as a Level 3 vocational course. The Business department is a well-resourced department within the Academy.

The core purpose of this post is to deliver high quality, appropriately adapted learning experiences for pupils in Business Studies. You will have the drive, high standards and passion to enthuse the pupils and make a real difference to their outcomes and life chances.

The successful applicant with QTS/QTLS will be able to teach Business Studies across key stages 4 and 5. The ability to offer a second subject such as Law would be an advantage. ECTs and experienced teachers are invited to apply.

The school has excellent facilities, free car parking and good transport links.

The school’s Ofsted is Outstanding in every category including student behaviour and the school is part of a respected medium size multi academy trust.
