Due to continued growth, we are pleased to be actively seeking a Recruitment Consultant who will join part of our growing team in Belfast. The successful person should possess confidence, professionalism, financial motivation, and a strong desire to build a successful career in recruitment.

Your responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant:

• Proactively sourcing candidates - you'll build relationships and a create a pipeline of qualified individuals for current and future job openings.
• Guiding candidates through the recruitment process - you'll assist candidates during interviews and ensure a smooth experience.
• Staying informed about industry trends - providing market insights and managing expectations.
• Generating new business - chasing leads, cold calling, conducting research and meeting new clients.
• Introducing candidates to clients - you'll represent candidates, schedule interviews, and offer relevant feedback.
• Ensuring a seamless recruitment process - your goal is successful placements for both clients and candidates.
