Trainee Fabricator
Permanent position for a Fabricator to work Monday to Friday (days), no shifts, Overtime paid at x1.5 with a market-leading growing company with an order book that is full for the next two years. Opportunity to work for a company that will invest in training develop your skills further.

Location of the Fabricator position: Tamworth

A fabricator is needed to work on bespoke projects for a leading manufacturing company. They are a leading name in their sector that have a reputation for quality and innovation. The company provides further training and offers the opportunity to work within a clean, modern, friendly working environment.

What's in return for the Fabricator role:
Basic salary crica: £24,500 with potential further rises after passing probation period.

  • 39 hours basic with OT paid at x1.5
  • Half day Friday
  • Clean modern working conditions
  • Further training provided to upskill further


Duties of the Fabricator position

  • Work on bespoke projects
  • Assembling
  • Use a variety of tooling and measuring equipment
  • Work on a variety of different tasks
  • Read drawings


The successful person may have experience working as a welder, metal worker, window fabricator, Joiner, Cabinet Maker, or worked in roles where you will need to measure accurately and be comfortable using hand and power tools
