About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated ECT to join our KS1 team. This role is perfect for an ECT who is committed to safeguarding children in every interaction and eager to develop their teaching skills in a supportive environment. You will work collaboratively with other staff members, following the trust's code of conduct and meeting all Teacher Standards in line with trust expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the teaching and learning handbook to deliver a sequential, progressive, and inspiring KS1 curriculum.
• Systematically plan, teach, adapt, assess, and deliver interventions based on KS1 objectives.
• Commit to assessment procedures, meeting deadlines, and providing timely feedback to students.
• Foster a love of learning, ensuring every child receives purposeful feedback for every area of learning.
• Be a positive role model, create a safe and stimulating learning environment, and ensure a commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
• Comply with safeguarding and equality duties, contribute to professional development, and engage with policies and procedures.
