Your primary focus will be on assisting in the implementation of Read Write Inc Phonics, a proven method for developing early literacy skills. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
• Providing one-on-one or small group support to students.
• Utilising Read Write Inc. Phonics strategies to enhance literacy development.
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

What We're Looking For: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Teaching Assistant who:

• Has previous experience working in a primary school setting.
• Is trained and/or experienced in Read Write Inc. Phonics.
• Possesses excellent communication and collaboration skills.
