As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of the Primary School, collaborating closely with experienced teachers to ensure an exceptional learning experience for pupils.
Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Assisting teachers in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons.
- Supporting the academic progress and emotional development of individual students.
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to pupils who require additional help.
- Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Preparing teaching resources and materials as required.
- Monitoring student behaviour and ensuring adherence to school policies.
- Contributing to the overall well-being and pastoral care of the students.
