Office Administrator - Water Industry

We require an office administrator with strong communication and planning skills to work for a firm that is a specialist service provider to Scottish water. The firm, via the work from its’ field engineers, provides network monitoring and leakage reduction.
Office Administrator (Water Industry) – Examples of daily duties
- Routine office tasks such as updating data, filing reports and ordering supplies
- Work scheduling and compiling job dossiers for field engineers
- Providing telephone support to field engineers involved on various projects
- Accurate data entry
- Network analysis for the right candidate
Office Administrator (Water Industry) – Person specification
- Planning and organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A good telephone manner
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Computer literate with experience of Windows and Excel
- Previous experience working with an organisation that employs field engineers is an advantage
- Previous experience working for Scottish Water or a firm that works closely alongside them desirable
Office Administrator (Water Industry) – Benefits Package
- A starting salary of between £22,000pa and £28,000pa dependant on previous water industry experience
- Salaries will rise by about £2,000pa within the first year
- Salaries will then continue to rise based on performance and progression
- Personal Pension Scheme
- Excellent prospects
- 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- 20 days holiday (plus 8 Bank Holidays) - 28 days in total
