A multi-disciplinary, Chartered Surveying Consultancy are seeking Senior Quantity Surveyor to play a supporting and project delivery role from the consultancy's Southeast London / Kent office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

Reporting to the Quantity Surveying Director, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be given ownership and the responsibility to look after multiple projects and different stages of their project life cycle.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will predominantly work on public sector, residential and education projects. You will also be supported and help mentor one or two junior quantity surveyors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • MRICS, or completed a Quantity Surveying/Construction degree
  • PQS / Cost Consultancy experience
  • A track record of taking ownership of projects from inception to completion
  • Pre and post cost management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Residential and / or Education sector experience would be a plus
