An established and progressive property consultancy based in bustling Clapham, London are seeking a dedicated Graduate Building Surveyor to join them.
The Graduate Building Surveyor's role
The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to work with a mix of retail, industrial, office, and commercial clients, providing a full spectrum of building surveying services. This position offers a blend of project and professional-focused work, ensuring a well-rounded experience in the field.
As the new Graduate Building Surveyor, you will join a team of 10 other Surveyors and will receive fully funded APC support and training, with a provided counsellor and supervisor.
The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will have?
- A degree in Building Surveying or a related field (must be RICS accredited).
- A strong desire to progress and achieve RICS accreditation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for the building surveying profession.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- £30,000 - £34,000
