Salary/Rate:
£20,800 - £25,000/annum

We are looking for Residential Family Practitioners to join our team and work in Leicestershire providing support and assessment to parents and their children in a residential setting. 

As a Residential Family Practitioner you will work as part of a team of support workers to deliver a high standard of care at all times within a 'home from home' nurturing environment. You will support families to develop their parenting capacity and support parents on a day to day basis to provide care for their children. You recognise that the role is to help support residents maximise their choices, rights and decisions.

The successful candidate must have;

- Experience working as a family support worker in a residential setting or within their own home 

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Empathetic people person who is non-judgemental and calm

- Dedicated and committed with a “can-do” attitude

- Level 3 in Residential Childcare/Children & Young People Workforce/ Residential Childcare - desired not essential
