Bridging Underwriter Required
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate bridging loan applications, considering factors such as income, credit history, and assets.
- Analyse creditworthiness and make lending decisions in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with Sales and Underwriting teams to ensure efficient loan processing.
- Manage the entire lending process from application through to drawdown.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bridging Underwriter.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of bridging finance products and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
