Job Role: CAD Technician

My client is looking for an experienced CAD Technician to join their drawing department due to continued growth. You will have a strong working background in a similar role, and have experience using Inventor software. If you are looking for a new challenge and want to join an ambitious, progressive market leader, then this could be the role for you!

Your experience –

• You will have working knowledge and understanding of CAD Software; AutoCAD, 3DS MAX, SolidWorks, Inventor etc.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite will be beneficial.
• Confident communicator who is comfortable being client facing, taking initial briefs and delivering kick off design meetings with internal teams.
• Producing initial concepts and technical drawings both 2D and 3D.
• A good understanding of manufacturing processes and various solutions involved; metalwork, fabrication, woodwork, electrical and wiring etc.
• Managing multiple projects at one time, ensuring timescales and quality control are kept throughout.
