Site Manager required to oversee internal fit out on student accommodation project in the Bath area. The Site Manager will ideally come from a main contracting background with SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, with experience of managing projects from the completion of envelope to internal works and fit out to hand over. Site Managers with internal fit out / refurbishment project experience would be an advantage for the role. The Site Manager duties will be but not limited to Oversee all aspects of internal fit-out works. Ensure the highest standards of quality assurance from start to finish, Manage tasks from SFS installations to snagging and handovers, Dealing with all QA work, overseeing trades / subcontractors, dealing with health and safety, tool box talks and necessary paperwork.
