Due to ongoing growth, my client is looking to add to the print finisher team in the form of a Folder Operator to their fast-growing business. This company is an established provider of fully bespoke business printing solutions.

The Role:

• Produce work to the highest standards, ensuring procedures are followed at all times
• To communicate with the finishing manager in a timely manner
• Liaise with fellow operators for handovers / any arising issues
• Keeping a clean and tidy workspace at all times
• Completion of any relevant worksheets and accurate recording of KPI's.

The Person:

• Experience of all aspects of print finishing
• Experience using MBO’s, although experience operating other folding machinery will also be considered (Stahl, HH, Morgana, Heidelberg, etc.)
• Has the ability to manage expectations around timescales and deliverables
• Can work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently
• Has a proactive approach to work and is always willing to learn
• Can communicate effectively and build rapport with all stakeholders
• Be flexible with their attitude towards work and task allocation
• Good attention to detail - making sure all documentation is complete & accurate
• Good time keeping and attendance.

This a full time permanent position working flexible shifts, which are 8 hours a day between 6am & 6pm (40 hours a week).
