Portfolio Assistant – Micro Loans

We have an opportunity for a Portfolio Assistant (Micro Loans) to join our team to manage a portfolio of Micro Loan investments.   

Through proactive monitoring of portfolio loan investments, you will seek to minimise the risk of financial loss and maximise the profit from the Group’s investments. You'll liaise with customers daily, identifying any potential risks or signs of financial difficulty and taking the appropriate action. With a detailed approach when reviewing data, you will carry out high level financial analysis to make commercial decisions via sanction reports and refer opportunities to other members of the team. As a confident communicator, you will feel at ease liaising with external providers to arrange support for customers and colleagues across the Group to manage legal / security aspects of the portfolio. As a finance professional, you will be accustomed to adhering to all necessary regulatory requirements to ensure that we deliver good outcomes for customers.  

We’re looking for an individual who can assess and construct balanced investment proposals and can demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. You’ll be self-motivated and will thrive working under pressure to meet targets and will feel comfortable managing with time critical client sensitive work.
