The Company

This Document Controller role is with one of the UK’s leading main contractors in the construction sector. They are a diverse organisation with activities in most sectors of the built environment. This role is within their Eastern division that undertakes a wide range of schemes in the private sectors including new build, healthcare, industrial, education and commercial buildings. Projects will vary in values from £5m – £120m and this specific role is to work on a new build healthcare project in Cambridge.

The Person

We are looking for a Document Controller who has ideally been working with a main contractor/developer who has experience working with Viewpoint 4 Projects or Dalux previously.

Duties.

  • Maintain site registers of design reviews.
  • Create workflows.
  • Generate document numbers.
  • Quality checking all documentation and communication Issuing communication status.
  • Ad Hoc administration duties if needed.
  • Liaising with other teams.
  • Previous experience of viewpoint/4 projects is desired but not essential & ideally QA experience.
