I am actively seeking a ICA Technician to work with my client within the water/wastewater sector. My client is a well established company that always strive to ensure they delivery the very best customer experience having a quality 'right first time' approach. Being able to offer you a platform to find development and progression whilst working in a very friendly yet driven environment.

The Role

The ICA Technician role will see you working multi-site across the Thames Valley region on various sites performing installations, commissioning and test and inspection tasks. Carrying out replacement and modifications to various telemetry based systems, conducting planned preventative maintenance and calibration of instruments. Being required to fault find in control panels with and without electrical schematics. MCC/Control panel modifications. Providing written technical reports and other documentation when required by senior engineering professionals.

Qualificaitons needed for the ICA Technicain

  • Full UK Drivers licence
  • 18th edition wiring regulations
  • Electrically qualified

Skills Required

  • Time management and organisation
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Flexible approach
  • High level of PC skills
  • Experience working within the water/wastewater sector (Most desirable but not essential)
  • Experience working in a heavily industrial environment (e.g. Nuclear, Petrochemical, Oil and Gas, Waste to Energy, Paper mill)
