• Provide all day-to-day admin support to the Partner by taking ownership of calendar coordination, email and LinkedIn correspondence, scheduling calls and zoom/face-to-face meetings. 
  • Provide daily coordination for the Consumer/FinTech team on multiple search processes including scheduling all client/candidate interviews, update calls and feedback calls. 
  • Ensuring the client has all relevant documentation (CVs and Scorecards) at least 24 hours before each interview.  
  • Ensuring our database is GDPR compliant and up to date with all correspondence and documents including interview schedules, CVs, notes, feedback and scorecards. 
  • Assist with candidate tracking in our ATS and as needed, assisting with approaching, sending NDAs, sending candidate briefs and scheduling follow-up calls/meetings.   
  • Assisting with internal/external documents and reports 
  • Acting as a first point of contact for all external enquiries: dealing with correspondence and phone calls. 
  • Providing our Partners, Principals & Researchers with support on all aspects of Altima’s search process ensuring a positive candidate/client experience. 
  • Scheduling travel and itineraries for candidate interviews and Partners  
  • Various ad hoc requests 

Requirements

  • Strong Proficiency in MS Office & Google Drive 
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize 
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
