B2B Marketing Executive 

London (Hybrid, 3 days in Paddington per Week) 

Background 

Zing is a fast-growing pure play Twilio Preferred Partner. We are looking for a B2B Marketing Executive to support with executing our marketing plan to meet our lead generation goals. You will work closely with our Marketing Manager, Commercial Team, and partners to help drive the next phase of our growth.

This hands-on role will give you exposure to the breadth of activities necessary to execute marketing strategy in an exciting and rapidly growing business. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Research, develop and create content including blog posts, eBooks, website copy (Zing.dev), case studies, infographics, and videos. 
  • Content distribution – Maximising reach, engagement, and visibility of digital content through owned, earned, and paid channels. 
  • Create and execute email campaigns using Mailchimp. 
  • Social media management – Create, schedule, and regularly publish content across multiple social media channels.  
  • Report on marketing channel performance including social, content, email, in-person, and virtual events. 
  • Build and maintain a collaborative relationship with Zing sales team to support the acceleration and closure of deals. 
  • Assist the Marketing Manager with the development and execution of digital and offline campaigns across various channels. 

Requirements

 Skills and Experience 

  • Degree educated with 2+ years’ hands-on experience in B2B marketing, either in-house or agency side (technology field preferred) 
  • Impeccable writing, proofreading, and editing skills. 
  • Proven experience of producing a variety of content that gets results. 
  • Proficient in social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and You Tube 
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word 
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Able to build personal networks and prioritise efforts in a rapidly evolving environment. 
  • Ambitious, hardworking, and eager to learn with a can-do attitude. 
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities and get things done in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment. 
  • Fluent or native English speaker 
  • Ability to travel for events and meetings where required. 

Desirable 

  • Experience of the Digital Communications and / or Contact Centre industries. 
  • Experience of Salesforce, Mailchimp and landing page builder tools 
  • Video editing 
  • Canva experience or similar graphic design software 
  • European language skills
