Software Integration Manager

The Software Integration Manager will:
- Direct the workload of the integration team for the given programmes.
- Drive issue resolution and, where required, mitigation plans.
- Own the delivery of the FIP for defined programmes.
- Represent EE in engineering and technical reviews.
- Define the work package scope for outsourced integration partners.
The Software Integration Manager will have:
- Supplier management experience.
- Technical engineering background and a knowledge of using calculation and analysis to drive design.
- Experience in designing and managing EE Architecture deliveries (Networks/Requirements)
- Knowledge of, or experience in delivering Electrical or Electronics commodities (HD & SW).
- Knowledge of Product Development Cycle from concept to launch completion.
- Experience of Electrical Engineering vehicle fleet support.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
