The Role
As a Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the team, working as a key liaison between the company and external design teams. You will leverage your expertise to guide projects valuing around £30 million from the tender stage through to construction, driving timelines, and implementing value engineering strategies. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, adept at both collaboration and assertive decision-making.

Experience and Qualifications
A suitable construction qualification, minimum HNC/HND level.
Proven experience working with main contractors on projects of significant scale.
Exceptional communication skills with a knack for motivation and team leadership.
