Seeking an Exceptional Occupational Health Nurse

Occupational Health Nurse Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert occupational health advice and support to employees and management.
- Conduct health assessments and screenings, including pre-employment screenings and health surveillance programs.
- Offer guidance on workplace adjustments and accommodations to promote employee well-being.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement health promotion initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and confidential health records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Occupational Health Nurse Requirements:
- Valid NMC pin.
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health Nursing.
- Proven experience in occupational health nursing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
